DX Holiday introduces the SCUBA HAM AWARD, the diploma of amateur radio scuba divers, with the sponsorship of Mediterraneo DX Club. Operation on 160, 80, 40, 20, 15 and 10 meter using CW, SSB and digi. Activity during February.
