WSJT-X 2.3.0 AND WSJT-X 2.4.0-RC1

The WSJT Development Group has announced the general availability release of WSJT-X Version 2.3.0. It adds FST4 and FST4W, two new modes designed for use on the LF and MF bands. On the 2200 and 630m bands FST4 should replace JT9 for making 2-way QSOs, and FST4W should replace WSPR for propagation tests. Upgrading from earlier versions of WSJT-X should be seamless, and there is no need to uninstall a previous version or move any files. Links to installation packages for Windows, Linux, and Macintosh are available on http://physics.princeton.edu/pulsar/k1jt/wsjtx.html.
Also available is WSJT-X 2.4.0-rc1: this is a candidate release intended for beta testers, i.e. individuals interested in testing the program's new features and providing feedback to the WSJT Development Team. The first candidate release for WSJT-X 2.4.0 introduces a new digital mode called Q65 designed for minimal two-way QSOs over especially difficult propagation paths including EME and various types of scatter. Further details and operating hints can be found in the "Quick-Start Guide to Q65":
