It contains a complete report by Diego Thobie, F4HAU on the Saint Brandon (3B7A) DXpedition which occurred in April 2018. "We are trying an experiment with this issue of the newsletter. One of our new directors, Otis Vicens (NP4G), has labored alongside your editor to produce a Spanish translation", specifically aimed at the large Spanish-speaking population worldwide. "We hope this effort will indicate there is sufficient interest in continuing with a Spanish translation".
