For the time being, the weekly bulletins can be still read online at http://www.papays.com/opdx.html (see OPDX #1398 for further information). Those needing to contact Tedd should use kb8nw[@]hotmail.com or kb8nw[@]arrl.net, as his old email address does not exist any longer.
