Hello my name is David Croft and my callsign is M0YBC I have been a licensed Amateur Radio for 24 years and i am mostly active on Voice and Data modes. MD0YBC is the callsign i will be using from the Isle of Man with the secondary locator (D) has a UK amateur radio station we add when we are transmitting from one of the UK countries or Dependencies ( M Scotland , W Wales , J Jersey , I Northern Ireland , U Guernsey , D Isle of Man so i would call MM0YBC if i was in Scotland the secondary prefix E is also available for England but most only use the M , G with no secondary locator for England) . I am very active on POTA (Parks on the Air) really enjoying activating and hunting the parks worldwide so i decided that it would be of great interest to activate the 8 parks on a visit to the Isle of Man on the 25 , 26 and 27th April 2025. I will be revisiting the Island on the 1st -4th August 2025 and reactivating the parks BUT not in the scale and dedication i am on this 1st activation and any QSL cards i receive direct before August i will be mailing from the I.O.M. with a I.O.M stamp Buro cards are most welcome also .
