Following the passing of Pope Francis and in light of the funeral services scheduled for 26 April, the Coordinamento delle Stazioni Marconiane Italiane has considered joining the national mourning as a sign of respect. Consequently, all 14 commemorative radio stations belonging to the CSMI (IY0CG, IY0GA, IY0IMD, IY0MMR, IY0ORP, IY0TC, IY1MR, IY1SM, IY1SP, IY1TO, IY4FGM, IY5PIS, IY6GM, and IY7M) will not participate in this year's International Marconi Day.
