WSJT-X 2.2.0-RC3

A third candidate release of WSJT-X 2.2.0 has been available for beta testing (not for long-term general use) since 29 May. The General Availability (GA) release will likely be made in the first week of June. A detailed list of program changes since the RC1 release can be found here: https://physics.princeton.edu/pulsar/k1jt/Release_Notes.txt. Note that the WSJT-X development team - "on a trial basis, and in response to numerous suggestions from around the world" - has also added a second set of suggest- ed dial frequencies for FT8 on 40, 30, 20 and 6 metres (7071, 10133, 14071 and 50310 kHz) to be used when the conventional sub-bands seem "too full".
